Reconstruction — F.L. Arms and Associates specializes in managing your association repair project. We will stretch the available dollars and make sure that the important work is completed on time. We take residents’ needs into consideration and work closely with everyone to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Maintenance — As associations age, deferred maintenance becomes a critical issue that can cost more than associations have in their reserves. Our team assists associations in developing and monitoring maintenance programs. Included is a manual and check-off list that serves as a roadmap to guide associations in executing maintenance programs.

Inspection — We offer property inspection services that include a written report outlining the condition of each common area element and recommendations for repair/ We will also work with the association’s reserve analyst to identify the life expectancy of certain elements and assist in heading off potential problems.
